Traditional trikes use brakes from traditional bicycles, which only mount on the left side. Triot custom made mirrored calipers to ensure even stopping power on both sides of the trike. This also enables the front wheels to be removed without hassle.

Triot designed and had professionally manufactured a master cylinder with our partners at Tektro. With customizable inputs, either brake handle can evenly stop the left, right, both front, the rear, or even all three brakes at once.

Try a Personal Test Ride
The best way to experience a Triot is to enjoy a personal test ride at our manufacturing facility in Kaysville, Utah. If you would like to come for a test ride please call in advance and schedule a time. We like to spend at least a few hours with you, allowing you to test ride as much as possible and to have time to ask all of your questions.
